GMLA REGISTRATION
2023 SPRING SESSION (March - June)

GMLA is excited to announce our 2023 Spring Lacrosse Season. 

• We will be following all Return to Play guidelines from USA Lacrosse (www.usalacrosse.com/return-play) as well as the guidance and protocols set forth from our towns and schools.  We had a very safe and successful season in 2022, and are looking forward to 2023!

• We are planning on returning to indoor preseason lacrosse practice at Mystic Indoor Sports. Planning to start on 3/5/2023, age groups and field times TBD.

• If you need equipment, we are hoping to have two Lacrosse Days at Dick’s Sporting Goods – details TBD.

CONNY League: GMLA participates in the CONNY Lacrosse League.  The 2023 preseason will begin in late February with games starting in April and ending by mid-June. Depending on your team, practices are generally held weeknights (2 or 3 times per week) at town fields. Games are generally on Saturday or Sunday afternoons with some games during week nights.  Normally we register all our teams for at least two tournaments.

REGISTRATION FEES:   
Registration fees cover GMLA expenses for referees, tournament fees, league membership, field usage fees, team equipment, and US Lacrosse Membership for each player.  Each player is required to be a member of US Lacrosse.  Your GMLA registration fee includes this $30 membership and will be renewed once registration fee is paid. 

*Financial Aid is available for free and reduced lunch students- please contact a board member prior to completing registration.

Families with multiple players are discounted $20 for each additional child
